Highly respected and regionally based General Contractor is searching for both a Lead Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent for commercial construction projects. All projects will be in the Roanoke, Lynchburg, Lexington area, so no major travel is required. Additional opportunities are available in the Richmond regional area.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Supervise all on-site self-performing crews and subcontractors.
* Ensure safety, maintain schedule, and build the project within budget.
* Maintaining a great relationship with the client.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
* Lead Superintendent: At least 5-7 years experience working in commercial construction as a lead superintendent for a General Contractor.
* Assistant Superintendent: At least 1-2 years of experience working on commercial construction projects.
* Experience on either ground up/base building construction and/or complex renovations.
* You must have excellent client relationship and communication skills.
SALARY LEVEL:
* Lead Superintendent:$115-125K/year,Assistant Superintendent:$70K-80K/year depending on experience, company truck, gas card and an excellent benefits package to include healthcare and 401K with match.
