A Buy-side Data specialist with hands-on Aladdin experience is required for a 3-month initial contract with a leading US Based Asset & Investment Manager. This role is fully remote, you can be based in the US or UK/Europe but must be able to work US hours.

• Assist in managing and resolving Data exceptions raised by users, DM Recon Tool, and CDE process, including Aladdin Data Cloud investigations
• Use familiarity with Aladdin Data Model to understand, document and resolve data variances eg
• Analyse security data issues and develop SQL scripts and business logic to add to Ataccama to improve and measure data quality.
• Assist in building a process for Aladdin security master setups across asset classes including Aladdin smart cuts for new issues and non-listed securities.
• Develop and populate templates to support bulk loading of security master records.
• Develop, test, and implement data quality rules to ensure security data quality and completeness
• Develop metrics to demonstrate and track Data Quality Health
• Build reports in Explore & Aladdin view to address current backlog
• E2E workflow documentation eg Block allocation, Sec Master, CUSIP Movement Process for Bonds and Loans
• Lead documentation of Production Ready Exit Criteria for Data Management Workstream
• Workflow testing support eg Execute data-related test case scenarios & on workflow testing processes
