Elite Sourcing is a leading executive recruiting firm that is working with a boutique law firm with offices in three states, who is seeking a litigator with some insurance defense experience. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join their team. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to work closely with your team on matters from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to advance their legal career in the legal industry. The position is hybrid and pays from $80K-$110K with full benefits.
Responsibilities
Provide legal advice and guidance to clients and internal teams on various legal issues related to insurance defense.
Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and draft legal memoranda and opinions.
Prepare and review legal documents, including pleadings, and filings.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders.
Conduct depositions.
Manage and support litigation matters, including pre-trial preparation, discovery, and settlement negotiations.
Communicate with clients.
Requirements
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
Admitted to the Bar and in good standing.
1+ years of litigation experience.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to apply legal principles to complex litigation.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
