Personal Lines Account Manager
Full-Time, In-Office

We are a full service risk management firm that has consistently grown double digits year over year since our inception in 2011. Our growth is driven off of referrals from customers, centers of influence, and having great people to serve them.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Advise and support clients with inquires around various insurance coverages, policies and terms
Strengthen relationships with existing customers by providing excellent customer service
Work with producers to maintain high customer retention
Manage customer communication & documentation
Assist customers with coverage & billing questions via phone & email
Process policy changes, updates to billing, cancellations & reinstatements
Facilitate the claims process, as needed
Requirements

Customer Service background
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Strong Problem solving skills
Detail-oriented
Positive attitude
Preferred bachelor's degree or insurance background
Proficient with Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace
P&C insurance license and experience required
Insurance experience required
