We are dedicated to developing new distribution capabilities that serve customers' changing needs through our retailer network, helping our brand partners meet consumers where they shop: in physical stores, online, via mobile devices or wallets and through ATMs.
We currently have an opening in Las Vegas, NV for a Quality Analyst working with one of our strategic Fintech partners. This is a full-time, in-office permanent position. This position will be responsible for the management of all projects tied to this partner.
In this role, you will work closely with software developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand the requirements and specifications of our software applications. You will design and execute test plans, perform manual and automated testing, and document and report any issues or defects. Your attention to detail and strong analytical skills will be key in identifying and resolving quality issues in a timely manner. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to process improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to our testing methodologies and practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
2+ years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks
Proficiency in SQL for database testing
Experience in testing web applications and APIs
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and strong documentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with payment processing software
Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies
Certifications in software testing (e.g. ISTQB)
