Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed psychosocial assessments to understand client needs.
Provide therapeutic support, using evidence-based methods for individuals and groups.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop integrated care plans.
Advocate for client access to resources and services.
Document client progress and treatment outcomes in electronic health records.
Engage in ongoing training and team discussions to enhance your expertise.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Current licensure as LCSW in the state.
Must have experience working with older adults.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
