Position Overview: You’ll conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy sessions while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychosocial assessments to identify client needs and goals.
Deliver compassionate therapy using evidence-based practices.
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to support overall client wellness.
Advocate for clients by connecting them with vital community resources.
Document all client interactions, progress, and outcomes efficiently.
Participate in team discussions and continuing education to stay current in your field.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Current licensure as LCSW in the state.
Must have experience working with older adults.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
