Position Overview: You’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, provide therapy, and work with a dedicated team of professionals to support individuals in achieving their mental health goals.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychosocial assessments to understand client needs and strengths.
Offer therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups.
Partner with other healthcare providers to coordinate client care.
Advocate for clients and connect them to community resources and support.
Document treatment plans, progress, and outcomes thoroughly.
Participate in professional development and team-building activities.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Current licensure as LCSW in the state.
Must have experience working with older adults.
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
