Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT): Be the Support Clients Need
Gotham Enterprises Ltd is looking for a dedicated LMFT to provide confidential, compassionate therapy services. As part of our team, you’ll be on the front lines, helping individuals and families navigate emotional and relational difficulties. You’ll also serve as a trusted consultant to management, helping create a supportive and healthy environment for everyone.
Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + full benefits
Key Highlights:
Facilitate therapy sessions, whether it’s one-on-one with clients, with couples, or in group settings.
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand each client’s unique situation and needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans that focus on each client’s strengths and support long-term change.
Maintain accurate, timely records to track progress and make informed decisions.
Partner with management to offer insights on organizational health and client care strategies.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Current licensure as LMFT in the California.
Has a maximum 2 years of experience.
Skilled in conducting one-on-one and family therapy.
Proficiency in medical terminology and experience with patient assessments.
Proficient in a variety of therapeutic modalities and interventions.
Experienced in using technology to enhance therapy outcomes.
