Job Description

Salary Range: The expected pay range for this position is $75,000 - $90,000 yearly.  The pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.

Responsibilities:

Provides overall written communication and visualization support in the development of IT portfolio reporting.

Track metrics, portfolio health, and changes to the portfolio (schedule, cost, scope), and apply portfolio management concepts such as business IT strategic alignment.

Interact with clients and other stakeholders (Project Managers) to ensure that requirements are properly understood and implemented.

Provide process training and assistance if requirements are not understood.

Ability to perform basic cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Formulate and define project business processes and objectives through research and fact-finding activities, combined with a thorough understanding of business process analysis and requirements management practices and principles.

Recommends and applies strategic thinking, process improvement, and re-engineering methodologies and principles to conduct process improvement to track/monitor the portfolio by identifying best practices, documenting and assessing performance measurements, and identifying business and technology solutions to streamline processes.

Leads the efforts for low and moderate-complex projects and low-complexity programs. In addition, it supports the effort for highly complex projects and all levels of programs.
