Restraint Engineer

Location – Troy, Mi

Duration: Fulltime

Key words –  

· Work experience on Automotive Occupant safety components [Airbag, Steering Wheel and Seat belt].

· Mechanical Design Engineer with NX CAD tool expertise.

· Plastics components design exp.

· Japanese speaking skill

· Styling feasibility study - with respect to Safety components [for ex. [Steering wheel, Airbag and Seat belts].

· Packaging study of Safety components [Steering wheel, Seat belts, and frontal airbag]

· Design and development of Safety system components (Seats belts, Air bags).

· Knowledge on Testing and validation of Safety system/components.

· Knowledge on regulatory requirements with respect to safety systems and components.

· Knowledge on evolving and new technologies on Safety system parts
