Job Description

The Sr Treasury Analyst manages all operational processes related to the company’s Merchant Card Services’ requirements and cash management activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the set-up for existing and new Merchant Card IDs across all business units.

Collaborate with business units to understand and support credit card processing setup requirements.

Responsible for coordinating the onboarding of all new Merchant Card IDs working closely with business units, merchant processors, credit card companies, and Westgate IT.

Maintain updated documentation on active and deactivated Merchant Card IDs based on internal compliance requirements.

Research and resolution of all merchant card processing transaction inquiries/issues.

Manage all new user set-ups for Merchant Card Services’ portals and password creation/resets.

Prepare monthly reporting and transactional history as required for both internal and 3rd party requirements.

Merchant Card Processing Volume and Fee Analysis

Support internal customers in response to inquiries and concerns related to their credit card processing. Provide required training and procedural documentation as needed.

Keep current on Credit Card Regulatory requirements and provide updates to the business.

Identify and provide insight into areas of opportunity to improve processes.

Participate in job training and professional growth opportunities to enhance the ability to perform the essential functions of the job.

Assist with other Cash Management tasks and Ad-Hoc projects as needed.

Initiate fund transfers in an online banking platform.

Report daily cash position and monitor intraday activity.

Support internal customers in response to inquiries related to bank activity, user access, cash recyclers, and deposits.
