Customer Service Rep: III (Senior)

JOB TITLE:Senior Customer Service Representative

LOCATION:Minneapolis, MN

JOB SUMMARY:

Join our team as a Senior Customer Service Representative, where youll provide top-notch support to our internal and external customers. Youll process financial transactions with precision and quality, work collaboratively in a team setting, and prioritize tasks to meet daily deadlines. This role offers the opportunity to learn and implement process improvement best practices and root cause analysis when addressing business and customer issues.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Handle customer calls related to financial inquiries and technical assistance requests.

* Use a case tracking system to monitor and follow up on customer inquiries.

* Carry out transactions as per instructions from internal and external customers.

* Process audit confirmations and/or calculate leasing contract buyouts.

* Generate specialized customer-specific reports.

* Resolve problems in line with established expectations.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Support non-processing projects and initiatives.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

* High School diploma or equivalent.

* Three to five years of experience, preferably in banking or financial services.

* Associates or Bachelors degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a relevant discipline is preferred.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Excellent attention to detail and customer service orientation.

* Ability to solve problems and identify when to escalate issues.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

* Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to interact with and appropriately engage internal and external customers at all levels in the organization.

* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel).

* Availability for occasional work outside normal business hours.
