We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multi-Family Department Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee the operations of our multi-family service department, managing a team of field technicians and internal administrative staff. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling and coordinating service, inspections, and installations, ensuring exceptional customer service for our multi-family customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coordinate and schedule services, inspections, and installations for multi-family properties.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with multi-family customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
