Position: BAS Service Technician

Salary: $40 - $45 per hour

Location: Denver, CO

Industry: Building Automation Systems

Core Function:

To support the BAS preventive maintenance agreements utilizing analytics from connected services, take service-related calls, warranty calls for BAS-related projects, and support on-call rotation within the team for automation.

Responsibilities:

* Program, commission, and diagnose problems on various pneumatic/electric/electronic control systems

* Be able to perform limited project management assignments and/or direct installation subcontractors and scheduled checkout of building controls and systems on assigned small projects by his or her service supervisor.

* Be able to perform calibration of systems requiring basic electronic test equipment, such as multi-meters

* Capable of implementing energy conservation measures (ECMs) to BAS systems

Requirements:

Associate degree in either Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Air Conditioning Technology.

3-5 years experience with Niagara, JCI, Distech, or other vendor certifications.

* Minimum of 5 years' experience as Control Integrator/programmer as related to service and maintenance.
