Position Overview:

As a Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in handling complex business disputes, bringing your expertise to federal and state courts. The successful candidate will have 6-8 years of experience and possess comprehensive knowledge of civil procedure. Key responsibilities include fact investigation, drafting motions and briefs, managing complex e-discovery, and preparing deposition outlines.

Requirements

• Federal court clerk experience

• California bar license, or immediate eligibility

Qualifications:

• 6-8 years of litigation experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of civil procedure

• Expertise in complex business disputes

• Court experience is critical

• Skills in fact investigation, motion and brief drafting

• Proficient in managing complex e-discovery

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills

• Active participation in business development

Benefits

• Salary Range: $230,000 - $315,000 per year
