Impact Recruiting Solutions is currently seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager to fill an opening with a long-term care and sub-acute facility located in Jersey City, New Jersey

Schedule of the Registered Nurse / Unit Manager:

This is for a Full-time position

8-hour shift

Day shift

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse / Unit Manager:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff

Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing team members

Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans

Assist in the training and orientation of new nursing staff

Handle any escalated patient or staff issues in a professional manner

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements

Must have a bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent

Must have a current state nursing license

Must have a minimum of 2-3 years nursing experience, preferably in Long Term Care setting

Must have proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire your team

Must have experience with electronic medical record systems (Point Click Care)

Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must have the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities

Must have flexibility to work various shifts as needed

Must be able to relocate before starting to work

The salary for this position is $90,000 - $100,000 / yr
