Elite Sourcing LLC is working with a trusted and renowned architectural firm known for delivering high-quality projects. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect. WIth this positions, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and development process of various architectural projects. Your expertise and creativity will contribute to the successful realization of our clients' visions.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their project objectives, requirements, and constraints.

Create architectural designs and concept drawings using industry-standard software.

Present and communicate design proposals to clients, ensuring alignment with their goals.

Coordinate and collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution.

Review and approve construction documents, including detailed drawings and specifications, to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.

Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress and address any design or construction-related issues.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders throughout the project.

Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in architectural design and construction methodologies.

Requirements

Master's degree in Architecture.

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Project Architect, preferably in a reputable architectural firm.

Proficiency in architectural design software, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.

Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

Excellent design and visualization skills.

Effective project management abilities, including budgeting and scheduling.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.

Experience working on diverse architectural projects, including commercial and residential.

LEED certification or experience with sustainable design is a plus.
