An established company in the construction industry based in Livonia, MI is currently seeking an Estimator of Municipal Construction Projects for a direct hire opportunity with their growing team. Requirements
Qualified Estimators of Municipal Construction Projects will have most, if not all, of the following skills and experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating municipal construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documents.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
Must be able to work in the United States.
