Head Office: Pennsylvania (Hybrid position, will need to go into the office once a week)
Serves as an expert and resource on the Art Market portfolio for our Gelpress sales force
Develop key marketing and educational ideas and creative assets to support product use and adoption
Investigate and leverage new or unexpressed customer needs, leading to product/program strategic growth, new product opportunity and brand improvements
Coach team on the market positioning and strengths/weaknesses of key competitors
Drive market segmentation and targeting methods to improve commercial efficiency and adoption
Demonstrate financial acumen
Hold self and team accountable to deliver high-quality results with passion, energy, and drive to meet business priorities
Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders across the organization to drive results. Such collaborations include partnering with:
Brand and Marketing teams to deliver compelling product messaging and positioning
Supply Chain and Operations for global product planning
Global Retail and eCommerce Sales teams to align on commercial and distribution strategies
Quality and Customer Experience Teams to better understand customer sentiment and any potential product issues
Requirements
At least 6 years of product management experience within the art goods industry
Act as a people champion within and across the organization
Premium omni-channel brands and consumer goods experience is strongly preferred
Excellent agility and problem-solving skills
Effectively build relationships cross-functionally to meet business goals and objectives
Strong global product and merchandising strategy experience
Innovative thinker who synthesizes consumer insights, macro trends, and competitive analysis to make informed product decisions.
