Job Description

BCBA/Clinical Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Cross Roads, TX (East of Denton, TX)

Benefits:

Competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000

Qualifications/Requirements:

Active BACB Certification

Current BLS/CPR certification

Clear criminal background check

Strong oral and written communication skills

Job Description:

Full-time, in-center position: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with lunch break)

Weekly in-home client supervision: Once per week from 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM

Conduct client assessments (e.g., VB-Mapp, AFLS, Social Skills Solutions)

Develop individualized, research-based programs for clients

Monitor and update client programs based on progress

Lead weekly parent training sessions and provide progress updates

Supervise interns and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in both center and home settings

Participate in weekly staff meetings and quarterly in-service trainings

Handle insurance correspondence, including pre-authorization requests

Provide training for interns and trainers

Respond to insurance audits

Oversee safety management
