Job Description
The Opportunity:
In this role, you will support the online merchandising efforts to enhance the customer shopping experience on the American Girl website. You will be responsible for managing product listings, optimizing product information, and collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless and effective ecommerce presence.
What Your Impact Will Be:
Launch new products to the ecommerce platform, ensuring all product data (descriptions, images, pricing, inventory, etc.) is accurate and optimized.
Regularly update and maintain product information to reflect current offerings and availability.
Support the execution of online merchandising strategies to showcase key products and promotions.
Assist in managing and updating site banners, landing pages, and other promotional content.
Collaborate with the customer service and IT teams to address and resolve product-related inquiries or issues.
Work with the web development team to implement site enhancements and troubleshoot any issues.
Create and maintain reports on merchandising activities and performance.
