We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic student intern for our Colorado Springs or Rapid City office. As an HR intern, you’ll work closely with an experienced team of professionals, contributing to projects that impact our entire organization. You will learn on the job by:

Assisting in developing and updating HR operational documents, resources, and presentations

Working in our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) software and collaborating with the HR team to develop people analytics strategies aligned with business goals

Supporting various HR functions such as talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, leave, reporting, and policy updates
