Job Description
Responsible for assembling cabinets in a Safe and orderly manner while following the Quality Standards set by the company. Assembly worker is responsible for following written, verbal instructions given to them by a Team Lead, and or Supervisor. An Assembly worker will be required to perform general labor tasks which require the use of pneumatic tools as well as bending, twisting, pulling, and lifting repeatedly. Assembly workers will be required to train in multiple positions and will be required to comply with the rotation schedule set by the leadership team.
Responsibilities:
Cover ALL Positions on the line as needed due to Absenteeism.
Cross-train and meet CYCLE TIME in multiple areas.
Assist with new Hires training per SOS’s.
Assist in Daily Process and Quality Audits
Assist in Setting and driving the line pace to push team to meeting 85% or higher
Other jobs as assigned to you by lead or supervisor
