Job Description

Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include: 

Ensure inventory is positioned at the correct warehouse in time to meet retailer PO requirements.

Coordinate transfers and adjustments to align with changing demand forecasts.

Establish and maintain a central communication hub for all inventory-related information.

Lead regular cross-departmental meetings to ensure alignment and resolve issues promptly.

Work with departments to develop and document SOPs for inventory management.

Ensure SOP compliance across all departments, updating them as needed to reflect changes.

Identify inefficiencies in the inventory management process and implement improvements.

Collaborate with the Inventory Manager to introduce best practices and technology to enhance accuracy and reduce lead times.

Reduce expedited shipping by ensuring accurate inventory placement and minimizing misplacement.

Implement process improvements to reduce lead times, increase inventory accuracy, and resolve issues faster.
