Heat Tech Industrial (HTI) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Scaffold Leadman to join our team. As a Scaffold Leadman, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our Scaffolding services. Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of scaffolders, assigning tasks and providing guidance

Plan and prepare scaffolds in accordance with project requirements

Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Ensure scaffolds are erected and dismantled in a safe and timely manner

Monitor and maintain scaffold inventory, ordering materials as needed

Train new scaffolders and provide ongoing training for existing team members

Requirements

Construction industry experience is a must

Minimum 3 years of experience working with both cuplock and ringlock

Strong knowledge of scaffold construction and safety regulations

Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and engineered scaffold designs

MSHA/OSHA 10 minimum

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks

Valid scaffolding certification (e.g. CISRS)

Must possess a valid drivers license and have a clean record

Preference given to US Citizens

This is a physically demanding job, role requires reaching, lifting 40 pounds or more, bending, squatting. Work will be both indoors and outdoors.
