Dolphin Debit, a full-service ATM management company and wholly owned subsidiary of Euronet Worldwide offers a complete suite of ATM management services, from routine maintenance and monitoring cash management and updates. We are hiring 2 Claims Dispute Analysts to work in our Spring, TX office.
The Claims Dispute Analyst is responsible for overseeing processing all customer transaction disputes (Reg E claims) and deposit disputes for financial institution clients. This position will create the process and KPIs needed to accept claims from clients, track the claims, resolve the claims in a timely manner while and maintaining client communications until the claim is resolved.
Receive, validate, and process claim documentation from the financial institution.
Identify disputed transactions for the financial institution as a member or non-member of the financial institution.
Research transaction information regarding the claim received via ATM journal records and information from systems of record.
Provide Financial institution with ATM journal information when requested regarding a claim.
Collaborate with the financial institution to approve or deny the claim based on supporting documentation collected.
Resolve claims withing the time guidelines establish for claim resolution.
Report monthly KPI’s for claims processed, approved, and declined. -
All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience preferred
Must be self-motivated and deadline driven
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
