We are seeking a Policyholder Service Representative to join our team in providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting policyholders with their inquiries and concerns related to their insurance policies. This position will require excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Respond to policyholder inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
Assist policyholders with policy changes, claims, billing questions, and other policy-related matters
Maintain accurate records of policyholder interactions and transactions
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex policyholder issues
Provide support to agents and brokers in the field
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and changes in insurance regulations
Requirements
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
At least 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications
Knowledge of insurance products and regulations
