As an ODP Program Specialist you will be responsible for understanding our members’ dreams and helping enable their lives by developing their individual goals that are in alignment with their ISP.

Responsibilities:
What you'll Do: Besides working with an AMAZING Team, you will have the opportunity to:
Coordinate and complete and develop member assessments and goals
Assess member progress with goals and objectives set forth in their assessments
Act as member “Plan” lead as applicable relating to development, annual update and revision of the ISP; and ISP review and revision
Develop and implement provider services in partnership with Center Director, as required.
Recommend any revisions of service for members.
Qualifications:
Besides Having Fun and Loving our Members, Requirements as a Program Specialist include:
One of the following groups of qualifications:
An associate's degree or 60 credit hours from an accredited college or university and 4 years of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities. OR
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and 2 years of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities. OR
A master's degree or above from an accredited college or university and 1 year of work experience working directly with persons with disabilities.
Minimum one (1) year experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities preferred
Must be extremely detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills in order to maintain compliance.
