Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 11am-7pm, Saturdays are flexible to work remote.
Pay Ranges: $24.00-$27.00

Responsibilities:
Levels of care at this facility include: Intensive Outpatient Program, Outpatient Rehab, Medication-assisted treatment (MAT), and Aftercare Planning
Here is what you’ll do as a Certified Peer and Family Specialist Therapist:
Work with Community providers to bring in evening support groups and participate in community activities with patients.
Use previous experience to mentor, monitor and motivate clients
Engage with patients post facility discharge to enroll in peer support program
Promote wellness and recovery
Establish relationship with clients as peer
Establish treatment plans with measurable goals to promote a wellness-oriented lifestyle
Assist in coaching practical living skills and personal care
Document in accordance with program requirements
Ensure clients are being communicated within a timely manner – in accordance with recovery plan.
Provide program information to prospective clients and families as needed
Conduct telephone conversations in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain clear communications with supervisors and co-workers
Participate in staff meetings as needed
Other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of one (1) year experience in a treatment setting, and/or Substance Abuse / Recovery agency. Prior experience as a Peer Support Specialist preferred.
Must Hold an active Peer Support state certification in practicing state(s) - Colorado CPFS or NCPS National Certification
Effective communication, fluent in recovery/mental health, fluent in technology/general computer skills
