Overview:

Assistant Clinical Director

Location: 10514 Oberrender Rd. Needville, Texas 77461 United States 

Salary Range: $75,000 - $80,000 per year based on experience

Schedule: 40 - 45 hours per week with once a month on call rotation

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Clinical Director to lead Fulshear’s Therapists at our residential program in Needville, TX!

As the Assistant Clinical Director, you’ll lead weekly 1:1s, participate in treatment team meetings, and work alongside the Clinical Director and Program Director to drive successful program completion. You'll also advocate for client care in peer-to-peer calls with insurance providers and ensure compliance with state laws. We offer a range of therapies, including cognitive - behavioral, equine - assisted, family, and individual therapy. Through attachment and trauma focused modalities, life skills, family systems work, and identity development, we help young women+ heal from trauma and attachment wounds. Our serene 34-acre ranch near Houston, TX, provides a peaceful environment for women+ to thrive in their journey of healing.

Responsibilities:

Create a positive and collaborative environment for team of 3 - 5 Therapists.

Plan, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans with treatment team, ensuring client-centered care.

Maintain timely documentation and adhere to treatment standards.

Contribute to program goals by implementing and meeting outcomes testing and standards.

Oversee successful program completion and discharge requirements.

Ensure compliance with state laws on documentation, reporting, confidentiality, and working with government agencies.

Advocate for treatment and coverage with insurance companies when necessary for continuation of care for clients.

Qualifications:

What do you bring to this position?

The ideal candidate will be a fully licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), or Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Minimum of 1 year of clinical management experience

Highly skilled at teamwork, communication, and collaboration

Loves to teach and train

Experience in trauma and attachment modalities preferred

Accountable and timely with documentation and project completion deadlines

Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required.

Strong understanding of clinical best practices, therapeutic modalities, and outcome measurement.

Empathy and a growth mindset with a focus on Fulshear’s core values

Ability to pass a state background check.
