FUNCTION: The laborer performs various duties within the aggregate plants to ensure operations run safely and efficiently. Maintains excellent housekeeping around the plant by shoveling, performs repairs as needed to plant equipment and performs preventative maintenance in order to keep the plant running.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
Visualize and implement the Clyde Companies, Inc. vision and core values
Assist the plant foreman with the daily operations and upkeep of the plant.
Ability to access all areas of the plant to perform necessary maintenance and repairs.
Ability to detect safety hazards and equipment malfunctions and respond accordingly.
Ability to follow directions.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
Exceptional customer service.
Safety conscious and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Able lift 50-75 pounds. Available for Saturday work when required.
Must be at least 18 years old
