Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing resumes from LinkedIn and Indeed, scheduling interviews, and managing career fair registrations to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

Resume Sourcing:

Proactively search and identify potential candidates on LinkedIn and Indeed.

Utilize advanced search techniques to find resumes that match our job specifications.

Daily review of resumes in iCIMS (ATS)

Maintain and update a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.

Interview Scheduling:

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Communicate interview details, including dates, times, and formats, to all relevant parties.

Handle rescheduling requests and manage interview logistics to ensure a smooth process.

Career Fair Management:

Register and prepare for career fairs and recruitment events.

Coordinate event logistics, including materials, and promotional items.

Administrative Support:

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, interviews, and job postings.

Provide regular updates to the recruitment team on the status of candidate pipelines and interview schedules.

Handle any administrative tasks related to recruitment and hiring processes.

Collaboration:

Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand hiring needs and priorities.

Collaborate with other team members to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Pay Range: $20-25/hr

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Proven experience in a recruitment or administrative role, preferably with a focus on sourcing and scheduling.

Strong proficiency with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job boards or sourcing tools.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
