Overview:

Periodontist in Acworth, GA

2-4 days per week (flexible based on doctor's preference)

8:00am-5:00pm

Daily guarantee or percentage (whichever is greater)

Responsibilities:

Examine, diagnose, and treat patients who require all manners of periodontal treatment

Qualifications:

Periodontist Certification

DMD or DDS Degree

State License
