Job Description:



We are looking for an Office Administrator who will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficient operation of our office. This position encompasses a wide range of administrative and clerical tasks, such as processing payroll, supporting HR functions, and coordinating installation jobs.

Responsibilities:

Process and manage employee payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Assist with HR duties such as maintaining employee records, onboarding new hires, and addressing employee inquiries.

Coordinate installation jobs by liaising with various departments to ensure timely and efficient job completion.

Perform general office duties such as answering phones, handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and managing schedules.

Prepare and maintain reports, proposals, and other necessary documents.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with payroll processing and HR duties.

Knowledge of office management software and databases.

Experience in a construction or related industry is a plus.
