Responsibilities:

The Maintenance Technician performs preventive maintenance tasks and day to day repairs of equipment, systems and building configurations. The Technician operates, maintains, monitors and repairs stationary steam, chilled water, and cogeneration plant consisting of fire tube boilers, electric centrifugal chillers, steam turbine centrifugal chillers, HVAC equipment and associated physical plant equipment and controls. The technician is expected to manage their tasks in a self-directed approach utilizing the computerized work order system and communicate with Leads and Managers. Additional duties as assigned by Management.

This position is Full Time and Both Evening and Night shift is available. Hours for the evening shift are, 3:00pm-11:00pm and Night shift hours are 11:00pm-7:30am. Both positions require every other weekend and Vacation rotation.
