Overview:

Park Dental Salem Square is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using a scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.

Responsibilities:

Preferred Qualifications

Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills

Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace work environment

Professional customer service

Effective communicator and team player

Dental insurance knowledge is a plus

Work Schedule:

Monday - 6:30a-2:15p

Tuesday- 6:30a-2:15p

Wednesday - 12:30p-8:15p

Thursday- 7:30a-3:15p

Friday- 8:30a-4:15p
