2nd shift 2pm-10pm
Job Description:
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Provides timely and objective feedback regarding trainees to management
Adhere to SOP and work instructions at all times without variation
Provide consistent and accurate training to all employees
Provides ongoing support to trainees after training is complete
Accurately complete training documents in a timely manner
Interact with both internal and external personnel
Discuss training updates in group settings
Performs other duties as assigned
Work along side of trainee until the completion of training
Attend trainer meetings as required
Job Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have demonstrated satisfactory performance in current department
Must have a positive attitude along with strong organizational and communication skills
Must be able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
Must be highly self motivated with a strong attention to detail
Must be in good standing with QCIP and continue to maintain higher than average quality performance
