Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the designated area.

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives, ensuring high performance and achievement of individual and team goals.

Identify potential markets and business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with key clients.

Analyze sales data and market trends to adjust strategies and maximize sales outcomes.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management.

Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience as an Area Sales Manager or similar sales leadership role.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Meet with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.

Begin developing a strategic sales plan tailored to the designated area.

In the next 60 days expectations:

Implement initial sales strategies and monitor their effectiveness.

Foster strong relationships with the sales team, providing guidance and support.

Identify and address any challenges or obstacles to achieving sales targets.

Start refining sales processes and strategies based on initial feedback and performance data.

In the following 90 days expectations:

Launch significant sales initiatives aligned with the strategic sales plan.

Monitor and report on the progress of sales initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.

Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Present a comprehensive report on sales achievements and future plans to the senior management team.
