Assistant Director of Nursing- Risk Manager
Duties and Requirements:
- Assist with internal/external survey events and action plans.
- Review and manage risk-related events and SNF Metrics Reporting.
- Collaborate on incident reporting, investigations, and documentation.
- Analyze patient safety incidents, medical errors, and potential risks.
- Track and trend incidents, providing feedback to facility leadership.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and hazards.
- Coordinate with Legal/Risk Management on investigations and claims.
- Promote patient safety, quality of care, and cost control.
- Participate in Mock Surveys and support the clinical restoration team.
- Provide reeducation on risk-related events and use Performance Improvement Plans.
- Assist in emergency situations and support risk-related events.
- Active RN license in good standing.
- 3+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a skilled nursing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to work in-person during the day shift.
