Responsibilities:

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:  Enterprise IT infrastructure and legacy applications maintenance support to an IC customer. 

The function areas include: Operations and Maintenance (O&M), legacy application/system mission​

capability enhancements, infrastructure, security, web applications, metrics, compliance-related audit,​

Service/Help Desk, procurement of hardware and software, and Disaster Recovery (DR). Enhancements​

include bugfixes, improving the capabilities of and adding new functions to a legacy application.​

Provide expert insights to support and contribute to the analysis, reporting, and planning of financial activities and budget for customer information technology operations.

Assist in crafting comprehensive spend plans for current and future fiscal years. 

Collaborate with stakeholders to execute budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with programmatic goals and optimal resource utilization.

Contribute to the enhancement of operational procedures by recommending and implementing process improvements.

Engage in developing insightful budget analysis, participating in financial data calls, and conducting program reviews.

Collaborate with the customer in the development and evaluation of fiscal program builds.

Devise effective methods to track spending, execution, commitments, obligations, and expenses for the component.

Develop strategic program briefs to effectively communicate critical information.

Conduct comprehensive assessments of the budget, ensuring balance across various functions and disciplines.

Contribute to and generate various communication materials, such as talking points, briefs, and reports pertaining to budgets, for dissemination through interagency forums and working groups.

This position is contingent on contract award.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 12 years of experience – or 10 years experience with MS/MA – or 7 years experience with PhD.

Current and active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.

A minimum of 4 years working in government budgeting of which 2 years must be within the Intelligence Community, DHS, DOD or FBI.

Proven expertise of government budget execution activities and adept familiarity with the intricacies of IC program execution.

Ability to identify, acquire, and combine relevant business data to inform executives.

Experience drafting written communications for an executive-level audience.

Exceptional initiative and ability to operate with limited oversight.

Target Salary Range:

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
