Responsibilities:
Peraton seeks an experienced, pro-active Systems Integrator/Project Manager to support an organization’s front office. The candidate will provide administrative, business operations and resource management support to evolve and build out an extensive foundational and expert level talent development, hiring and mentoring program. The candidate will support activities to include:
Day-to-day management of program and or interrelated programs
Oversee, organize, and coordinate interrelated projects based on the defined goals
Organize program and project activities in create efficiencies
Provide risk mitigation recommendations and implementation of approved efforts
Consult with portfolio, program, and project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks and subtasks
Monitor portfolio program and/or project timelines and deadlines, and inform stakeholders
Provide executive-level organizational performance support to the front office
Recognize and recommend business process improvements
Drive accountability by documenting meetings, identifying actions, and ensuring timely resolution
Other ad hoc tasking as required.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required
BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years of experience; four additional years of experience may be required in lieu of a degree
Broad knowledge and experience with project/program management methodologies
Demonstrated skills in analytical problem solving techniques and reporting
Experience with programmatic activities including tracking actions, documenting management decisions, and maintaining configuration management and providing seamless support to Front Office systems and processes
Experience supporting communication efforts, drafting emails, meeting notes, etc. with various stakeholders to ensure coordination and information flow
Highly knowledgeable with Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to support planning, meeting organization, drafting meeting agendas, etc.
Ability to support the planning and facilitation of technical exchange meetings
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and in a team collaborative environment
Desired Qualifications:
Experience using Confluence Prior customer experience across the organization
Experience supporting senior level management
Experience working across organizational boundaries to achieve mission goals
