*This position is regionally remote for the State of Delaware*

The Commercial Lines Account Manager will perform duties independently operating from established directions and instructions. Working within a collaborative team atmosphere for providing exceptional customer experience. Decisions are made within general company policy constraints and insurance laws and require independent decision-making
Responsibilities:
Coordinating with Commercial Sales team to follow agency procedures for handling of commercial client accounts related to:
New Business
Renewals
Endorsements
Cancellations
Audits
Billing/Financing
Certificates/EPI/Schedules of Insurance/Auto ID Cards
Payments
Customer ServiceProvide an exceptional customer experience. Communicate with internal and external customers in a friendly, professional, and patient manner.
Perform all duties with the goal of building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
Immediately address any customer’s concern. Request involvement of other firm personnel as required. Notify Commercial Lines Manager of any major concerns and the action taken to resolve
Qualifications:
Property and Casualty license required
Commercial Lines experience required
High School diploma/GED required with minimum of 2+ years of industry related experience
Applied Epic experience preferred
General knowledge of insurance laws
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
