The Opportunity: IST is looking for a friendly, service-oriented, customer focused Site Supervisor candidate with a passion for excellence in Overland Parka, KS. The Site Supervisor must have at least 1 year of experience and be a self starter to self manage the operation. We offer professional training, skill enhancement and opportunities to advance toward assistant manager and site manager positions.

Hourly Compensation: $18.00 to $20.00 USD per hour, DOE.

Working Hours: Mon - Fri: 8:00am - 5:00pm (NO WEEKENDS)

Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

Work directly with client contact to help facilitate needs of the office.

Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude;Typing correspondence, filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sorting mail and other administrative tasks as assigned

Shipping & Receiving, supply inventory

Updating employee lists

Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, to customers; Lift large bundles of mail, overnight packages and shipments of paper; Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages

Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environmentConsistently adhere to business procedure guidelines

Maintain all logs and reporting, documentation, attention to detail

Able to safely drive provided vehicle to different buildings on campus if required.

Adhere to all safety procedures; Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

Qualifications for the Site Supervisor role includes a valid drivers license, access to reliable transportation, at least 1-3 years of experience managing staff, in addition to:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) 

Must have at least 2-3 years experience managing staff, writing employee reviews, corrective actions, approving time, scheduling staff in office environmentExperience writing site SOP ( Standard Operating procedures ) 

Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred

Professional appearance and demeanor; Excellent communication skills both verbal and written

Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills

Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; Competency in performing multiple functional tasks

Lifting up to 55 pounds, walking and standing for extended periods of time
