Overview:
Texas GovLink, Inc. is an Austin-based firm which has been a premier provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are currently seeking an experienced QA Automation Tester to be a key resource on a technical services team.

Candidates selected for interview will be required to undergo criminal background checks and may be required to complete a drug screen in accordance with Federal and State Law. Offers of Employment are contingent on a successful background check

Responsibilities:
Utilizing our client's templates to create testing-related documentation (e.g., Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Summary Memos, etc.).
Executing the Test Plans and Test Cases through all phases of the testing process, if required. Responsible for using Xray, or other Test Management tools, to manage test case execution.
Develop and execute automated test scripts using Selenium or Worksoft Certify or similar tools.
Managing the Defect Management Process, to include defect identification, resolution, and tracking. Responsible for working with the vendor to ensure defects are resolved in a timely fashion.
Serving as the testing point of contact for vendors on various projects to co-ordinate testing activities.
Managing defects using Jira or other Defect Management tools.
Providing support (coordination) for UAT efforts, utilizing our client's division staff (users) for test execution.
Providing testing guidance for various projects.
