About This Position:
$100 weekly production/attendance bonus - can be making up to $21.50/hour
We currently have a position open in the Inventory Control Department in the Sparks Distribution Center.
The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for all assigned tasks related to Inventory Control and will work with the Inventory Control Manager to ensure accurate inventory records.
Daily/Weekly and Monthly tasks such as
Daily Cycle Counts, researching variances to determine root cause, Slotting of inventory within arenas, Counting and reconciling item counts as needed in the arenas, assisting in the execution of projects, Labeling items and locations, ensuring compliance to inventory processes and procedures are being followed, Lot control maintenance and adjustments for lot-controlled items and the Inventory Control Coordinators will make recommendations for process improvements.
Skills needed to be successful include
Basic math skills – addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using a common calculator.
Must be able to accurately count and record key data in the WMS using handheld and desktop terminals.
Must be able to determine quantities by the layer, case and pallet
The ability to research historical records using Oracle WMS and make logical conclusions as to the root cause of variances and discrepancies.
Computer literate using Oracle, Excel, Word
Work Conditions
Must be able to walk, stand, climb ladders, kneel, reach, lift 50 lbs. for prolonged periods of time in various temperatures in the warehouse.
What You'll Need:
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
1-2 years Warehouse/Inventory/Shipping Experience a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and organized.
Computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office programs.
