You will diagnose, repair, and replace residential electrical systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.

Responsibilities:
What Will I Do?
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and complete residential electrical installation and repairs in a thorough, safe, and professional manner.
Replace conduit, wiring and circuit breakers as needed.
Test electrical systems to ensure proper installation and operation.
Increase customer loyalty by maintaining a clean work area
Educate and offer the customer appropriate upgrades that you can complete immediately or at scheduled time
Accurately estimate and invoice repairs and projects
Document work completed with before and after photos
Demonstrate safe working practices and methods
Effectively communicate with all internal and external customers
Participate in training.
Available for on-call service rotation.
Qualifications:
Do I Have What it Takes?
Valid driver’s license to drive company vehicle.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and wiring.
Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
Proficient in the use of test meters and other diagnostic equipment.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Own basic industry tools
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring.
Prolonged periods standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing ladders or scaffolding.
Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits.
Must be able to lift, carry and maneuver up to 50 pounds.
