Overview:
The Accounting Specialist provides accounting and clerical support to the accounting department.
Responsibilities:
Assist with guest billing inquiries via phone and email.
Respond to guest requests, inquiries, issues and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.
Assist with charging AV invoices.
Respond to all chargeback inquiries in a timely manner.
Process online e-store orders including gift cards and resort events.
Collect F&B receipts daily.
Responsible for filing BEO’s.
Assist with any ad-hoc projects, as needed.
Act with responsibility and confidentiality towards all company assignments, property, supplies, and equipment.
Set up new receivable/master accounts in accordance with established credit policy.
Reconcile open account status items.
Support for timely collection and posting of payments.
Qualifications:

Compensation
Base Pay Start Rate: $24.75/Hr.
