Responsibilities:

The Systems Integrator will support the extended reality lab to support with scheduling, program call, procurement of equipment, and general administrative tasks. The contractor will become a jack-of-all-trades in DDIU training. This position requires a PI with excellent critical thinking skills who can work independently with minimal guidance. 

The Systems Integrator will provide direct support to the program along with other administrative functions and perform scheduling/registration functions for the Sponsor training program responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Coordinate and manage the program calendar system, set up tours and meetings, send follow-up emails and communications as needed by the Sponsor program PM.  Serve as the touchpoint for incoming communications.

Order, track and ensure delivery of equipment and materials.  Ensure supplies are replenished.

All training system tasks, registration, cancellation, completion, transfer, confirmation, provide training materials, respond to student/training officer/instructor inquiries, prepare send welcome notes, physical set-up of classroom material, send evaluations, collect survey metrics, coordination of course materials and preparation of student materials and monitoring students for safety.

Support instructors and PM to retrieve the survey data from Sponsor survey tool for feedback and put the data into PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets, or report forms.  

Work independently with minimal oversight from the Sponsor to draft, proofread, and edit PowerPoint slides, other graphics, and written products needed to support the program and email correspondences to group team members, group management, adjunct instructors and the students in various learning programs and other learning partners across the Sponsor. 

Coordinating ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned. 

Qualifications:

Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

Excellent communications and writing skills to compose correspondence on behalf of senior executives

Strong interpersonal, networking, and critical thinking skills

Ability to synthesize information from various resources

Strong organization and time management skills

Knowledge and experience with full life-cycle Project Management practices

Experience coordinating, drafting and providing responses to Action Items

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Motivated self-starter who excels in a dynamic environment

Organizational, collaboration and interpersonal skills to effectively complete tasks

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work independently, self-starter

A working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, SharePoint and PowerPoint

A bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience) in liberal arts studies, communications, or other associated discipline.

BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7

Ability to support core hours from 0800 hours to 1500 hours
