Overview:

The Inventory Lead is the driving force behind our Inventory Department’s daily operations. In this pivotal role, you’ll manage the seamless flow of parts to work orders, handle incoming completed orders, and ensure pinpoint inventory accuracy. Your ability to collaborate with other departments to resolve material challenges will be key to keeping our operations running smoothly. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you’ll play a critical role in our success.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

Organize, plan, and supervise inventory activities to support production and meet customer needs.

Process inventory transactions in the ERP system.

Maintain traceability for all parts received in Inventory and those released to work orders.

Ensure inventory accuracy through physical inventory counts and cycle counting.

Supervise and assist all personnel within the Inventory Department to achieve maximum productivity.

Coordinate with all departments to resolve material issues.

Ensure adherence to regulated industry standards regarding lot number control, material expiration dates, and traceability.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Maintain high attention to detail.

Qualifications:

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Inventory Control within a regulated manufacturing industry.

Proficient in ERP system transactions (experience with Microsoft AX is a plus).

In-depth understanding of material traceability and accuracy requirements.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Experience in an AS9100 certified facility is a plus.

Good math skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
